Return Policies

Returns will only be accepted on items that have been damaged in the post.

You can return your item for a refund of the full item price (minus shipping costs) an exchange or shop credit. 

Please contact me immediately if you need to return an item, including photos of the broken/damaged item. 

All returns need to be posted back via Royal Mail 'signed for' or sent Tracked with your own courier if you are outside of the UK.
Items must be returned within 14 days of reciept.
Please keep proof of postage and tracking number as anything lost in transit will not be refunded without it.

Your privacy matters to me. My shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and Paypal, which have Two-factor authentication, Access control, and AES-256-bit encryption. 
However, Stripe offers some additional security features, including: 
Stripe Radar: A separate product that uses machine learning to detect and block suspicious payments in real-time 
Encryption: All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256 
Stripe.js: A system that sends customer data directly to Stripe's system, keeping it out of the merchant's hands 
Here are some other security features of Stripe and PayPal:
PCI Service Provider Level 1 PGP keys: Used for safe communication to migrate sensitive data to Stripe 
Secure HTTPS connections: Used for data transmission between customers' browsers and business websites or payment platforms 
PCI-DSS Key pinning: Used when you access PayPal via an IOS or Android app 
FDIC insured: Stripe is FDIC insured, while PayPal is not 
Stripe and PayPal both take customer data security seriously, but Stripe offers some additional features to help reduce the possibility of fraud.
