FAQ

Can you send the item to a friend as a gift?
Yes. I also offer gift wrapping and a card service.
Please add this option to your cart from the shop, then contact me after checkout for your custom message.
Items will be posted to the address you give at the checkout. Please double check that you have provided the correct name and address.

Returns and refunds
Returns will only be accepted on items that have been damaged in the post. Please contact me immediately if this is the case.
All returns need to be posted back, 'signed for', within 7 days of reciept.
Please keep proof of postage as anything lost in transit will not be refunded without it.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I've damaged my item. Can it be repaired?
Please send me a message with images showing the damage and I can quote for repair, or guide you how to best fix the problem yourself.

I need my item ASAP
This shouldn't be a problem, however, please contact me prior to purchasing so I can advise on options.

Can I reserve an item?
Unfortunately I'm unable to offer reserves, however, please feel free to contact me for a custom piece in the style you liked.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love working with clients to create a piece specifically for them. I'm open to all ideas, so please contact me to discuss more.
